Limited Road Hazard Protection:
About this Protection : With the purchase of the ‘Limited Road Hazard Protection’, your new tires purchased at Olin Mott Tire Company are covered for normal road hazard damage. Normal road hazard damage means damage to the tire resulting from impact breaks, snags, cuts, or punctures rendering the tire unserviceable, with the exception of repairable punctures. If your tire gets punctured and can safely be repaired, we will repair and rebalance it at no charge.
This ‘Limited Road Hazard Protection’ is issued to you by Olin Mott Tire Company and is separate from and in addition to the warranty by the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship.

What is covered and for how long : If a tire covered by this ‘ Limited Road Hazard Protection’ becomes unserviceable by reason of normal road hazard damage and it is determined the tire cannot be safely repaired, Olin Mott Tire Company will make an allowance on the purchase of a comparable new tire based on the percentage of tread used (down to 2/32nds) or mileage received, whichever is greater.
 

What is not covered : Tire failure or damage due to improper mounting, improper inflation, overloading, nail hole puncture and run flat, abuse, mechanical wear, misapplication, vandalism, accident, fire or theft. Also not covered: loss of time, loss of use of vehicle, any damage to vehicle, personal injury, transferring ownership of vehicle, transferring tires to another vehicle, additional cost for mounting, balancing, valve stem, state tire fee, scrap tire disposal fee or renewing the ‘Limited Road Hazard Protection’.
 

Owners obligations : For claims or service, you must return the tire to any Olin Mott Tire Store and pay for taxes or any additional services ordered by you.
