My thanks to manager Jeffrey Ballard for coming through for my wife and me as we made a sudden trip to Michigan in February. Here are the details: My sister in law had been ill for months. My brother called to tell us his wife was now under hospice care. The following day, Gail died. We decided to attend the wake and funeral. We also determined that we would drive. At 1 pm on Wednesday, I called Olin Mott and spoke with Jeff. He gave me options for replacing my tires (I wanted to be sure to have the peace of mind that comes with new tires for this trip. Jeff said the tires were in stock, but he would have to order them from the warehouse. It would take an hour. Done. I arrived at Olin Mott exactly at 2:45PM. Jeff greeted me and said my tires had just arrived. In the next hour, his men replaced four tires, balances them, aligned my vehicle and changed my oil. All this was done in just one hour. I was out the door at 3:45 PM and returned home to pack. My wife and I drove the 1300 miles to Michigan and arrived at the wake, Friday night, as the snow began to fall. We cannot tell you what it meant to us to have the chance to attend the wake and funeral due in large part to Jeffrey Ballard and his men at the North Tampa Olin Mott store. Please let him know of our gratitude.

"YAS" Almanza is a great, highly proficient young man--very impressive: witty, super-customer friendly. KNOWS his business and has the obvious respect of his associates. Very articulate.

Have been going here for several years and am more than satisfied with the service received.Dusty is personable and fair and will go out of his way to help you,Prices are fair,wait times are reasonable.I will be growing old with Olin Mott. Tanya Taylor.
